Home and school-based ABA therapy for children over age 7-18

Children Ages 7 and Older: Continued Support with Center-Based, Home & School-Based ABA Therapy

While our Early Intervention program primarily focuses on children aged 18 months to 6 years, we recognize that some children may be new to ABA therapy or may require continued support as they grow older. We are committed to ensuring that every child benefits from ABA therapy, regardless of their age, and that no child is left behind.

Support for Growing Minds: ABA Therapy for Ages 7 and Up

For children aged 7 and older, we offer both center-based and home- and school-based ABA therapy options tailored to meet their individual needs. These services complement the therapy children receive during their early years and provide ongoing support as they face new challenges. We also work closely with families and schools to integrate therapy into the child’s home and school environments.

Center-Based ABA Therapy

Our centers are equipped to provide ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 18 years old. At our center, children aged 7 and older participate in ABA therapy in separate, age-appropriate settings. We have distinct environments for different age groups: one for early intervention (ages 18 months to 6 years), another for children aged 7 to adolescents, and a separate space for teenagers. Each setting is designed to foster focused learning and development, with dedicated playrooms, activity spaces, and classrooms. Our center is organized by age groups, and children are further grouped based on their functioning levels for social and group activities.

Home and School-Based Services

Our home and school-based services provide support in familiar settings, ensuring continued progress. These services include:

  • Behavioral Support at School: Helping children navigate classroom dynamics by addressing behavioral challenges and promoting positive social interactions.
  • Home therapy: Providing therapy at home to enhance daily living skills, family interactions, and effective behavioral management.
  • School Readiness and Transitions: Supporting children as they adapt to new school environments, manage social expectations, and build resilience.

These services ensure that children who have completed their early intervention program continue to thrive as they encounter new learning environments and challenges.
